Exercise is a hard habit to build, no shit. It’s intense, it takes a lot of time, it can be painful. It’s worth it, obviously. But most people make it harder than it needs to be. By doing shit they hate.
LIFE HACK ALERT: Just do something you like.
If you hate going to the gym, fuck the gym. There are a hundred ways to meet your goals. Find the one you like and it’ll be exponentially easier to stick to.
For me those activities are things like running and hiking. Extra points if it’s outdoors.
